Every prospect sold will have our IP freeze brand on the left hip before transferring ownership.
Bill of Sale / Transfer of Ownership
Every horse sold from Ide Performance will be accompanied by a bill of sale document. Our B.O.S. can be sent to you through email, reviewed, and returned when an agreement is finalized and both parties have signed and dated it accordingly.
It is 20% down for the deposit to initiate "SALE PENDING" and the rest can be paid on pick up day. Foals can be paid in full before weaning and pick-up.
All deposits and/or payments will be accepted via cash, cashiers check, or venmo @ideperformance as friends and family.
Some of our prospects will be offered in utero. Breedings are listed underneath the Ide Performance page. Once born, they will be listed on this page and price is subject to change after prospect is born.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are considered for newborn foals between parturition and weaning.

About our brand... there are NO exceptions with our horses leaving without the IP brand on the left hip. T
here are breeders out there that do not brand their horses, so if you are determined to buy an "unmarked" prospect, go talk to them.
Frankly, it's rude to ask a breeder to not brand their babies when they put so much hard work into making their program.
Brands are an identification factor that allow me to know that horse was bred on my property if I see him or her down the line and for some reason need to bring that animal back home.
It is my responsibility to ensure these horses go into good and safe homes and don't end up at a kill pen somewhere in the future.

2021 Foals
IP Justa Special Guy
"Crouton"
APHA Red dun colt (Ee/Aa/Tt) x (Ee/Aa/DD) out of Justa Clever Belle by Ima Special Guy foaled April 19th, 2021.
Crouton was bred with the idea of bringing speed into his dam's foundation cow and old school bloodlines. Justa Clever Belle "Ciri" is actively used for cattle work on a ranch in Edna, TX, and has been used to run barrels for play days as a 2D barrel mare. Ima Special Guy "Jocko" was running 1D on barrels and has placed in APHA world, and unfortunately passed right before the world series (his second time at world) when this breeding took place. He was a junior stallion with a TON of potential and was just starting to prove himself. Crouton has every potential of succeeding as an all around prospect in barrels, cow/ranch, or being a phenomenal rope horse. He has a refined build like his sire and a good hip and muscle build from his dam. Crouton is located in Campbell, Texas.
Jazzy Country Chick
"Jazzy"
AQHA Red dun (ee/Aa/Dd) filly out of Shining C Jaz Silver by Country Chicks Man foaled May 12th, 2021.
Jazzy has a sweet demeanor and has the pedigree and athletic build to be an all around rodeo horse. This filly could easily excel in barrels, be a head and/or heel horse, or make a cow horse prospect. She was bred for versatility and a good mind and the speed to create an exceptional performance mare and is going to be an absolute powerhouse of a mare.
Country Chicks Man has LTE of $736,793 on track with an SI of 110 (by Chicks Beduino LTE $400,000 SI-104 and out of Country Zevi LTE $23,289 SI-93) and has produced many successful money earners both on barrels and on track.
Shining C Jaz Silver "Diva" is a daughter by Reeds Poko Vandyke (known money producer and 94% foundation bred), carries 15.63% Little Steel Dust blood from her dam's side and is double bred Poco Grays Comet Comet (Poco Bueno AQHA Hall of Fame Superior Halter & Performance lines). Her pedigree is packed with ranch blood that adds versatility, bone, and an incredible disposition and drive.

Shake Em Down Firewater
"Lollipop"
AQHA bay filly out of La Jollas Firewater by Shake Em Down Kelly foaled March 30th, 2022. We are expecting her to gray out like her sire! Available to performance home only.
We hope to see this filly excel in a future on barrels with the right rider. Her sire is used for playdays and actively running barrels, and the dam was trained as a 2 year old on track when she had a crippling injury that resulted in her never getting her start. She is fully bred for speed!
