"I come from an 'Aussie-only' family. We've had 6 Aussies across my sisters and me (red tris, black tri, red merles, and a blue merle). My favorite is our little boy Bjorn from Rosie's February 2020 litter!! Bjorn isn't just the most handsome boy of all the dogs (he gets compliments everywhere we go!), but his temperament is amazing! He's the perfect mix of "good boy", fun, smart, sweet, playful, and he has a distinct sense of self and his mama and papa. We really couldn't have asked for a better dog and are so happy he's apart of our family!! I'd be remiss to not mention that Kirsten has been great to work with even after we took Bjorn home. It shows that she takes great pride in what she does - and most importantly - really and truly loves her dogs."

They say get a dog, it'll make all the difference in the world.

I say "Don't just get a dog, get an Aussie", Whiskey has got the best hair hands down, most fun personality, loves everyone, has to be the center of attention at all times, very obedient, very quick learner, lovers to play, happy, loves to sit on his humans and make sure we all know how loved and adored they are and most importantly HEALTHY.

Cutest thing about Whiskey is he loves to lay his head on you or pillows. He will drag the pillow to wherever he wants it so his head can lay on it. He wishes sometimes that he was a human boy I think.

Love our Whiskey and soon Noodle to join our family."

"I highly recommend Kirsten with Oceanwood Australian Shepherds. I feel very fortunate to have found Ivy. She is a wonderful dog and I adore her! This was my first time going to a breeder for a dog and the difference it makes to have a puppy raised thoughtfully and responsibly is huge. Kirsten has been there for me every step of the way, answering my hundreds of questions before ever meeting my dog to continuing to be there to this day. I have learned a ton from her from nutrition and health all the way to the conformation ring. I learn something new every time we speak! I could not be happier that I came to her for my first Aussie and I will surely be back when I have space for the 6 more wiggle butts I want someday! I can not recommend Oceanwood enough, she raises gorgeous and well tempered dogs and is always there for her clients no matter what. Kirsten is the best and Ivy and I wish her all the best!"

"Caspian is the most loving and fluffy dog I know! He is probably one of the largest lap dogs I have ever seen, but he's so sweet and affectionate that it's always ok to be a little smooshed by him. Caspian doesn't know a stranger, and he will always do anything for a sweet treat or two! Out of my two Aussies, he is for sure the more outgoing, energetic and playful of the two. He loves his momma and his fur siblings more than anything, except maybe treats... I have met at least one of his litter mates since I got him, and she was just as amazing as Caspian. Overall, an amazing dog and I am so happy to call him my baby! Thanks Kirsten!"

"Working with Kirsten to bring home our pup was a wonderful experience! When we got him at 8 weeks old, he was up to date on all his vaccines. She was very informative on what he would need in the coming weeks. Overall it was a great experience and we’re so happy we chose to work with her on getting our fur baby.
