BOARDING
PICK UP AND DROP OFF HOURS
TIMES VARY! Contact to schedule.
Ability to drop off and pick up at either our Stephenville or De Leon location.
Anticipated pick up and drop off times are expected to be communicated and agreed upon PRIOR to you and your pets' arrival.
If you come to my house to pick up or drop off at a time not agreed on, I will not be available to assist you.
Times are tentative and are adjusted accordingly due to outside obligations.
GROOMING
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
SELECT SATURDAYS: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
All pet grooming is by scheduled appointment times only.
Pets are dropped off at their allotted reserved time and picked up when owner's receive a "Your pet is ready!" text.
If you have work obligations and have to drop off/pick up at specific times, message me to see if I can accommodate you and your pet's needs.

If you are calling to inquire information on any of our services or programs, the best days and times to reach me are weekday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday.
If you do not hear from me, I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Our Location & Visitation

I NO LONGER ALLOW PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES TO MEET PUPPIES AT MY LOCATION!
One bad apple ruins it for everyone!
Out of safety of our dogs, we no longer will allow anyone to see puppies without a deposit placed, and will not allow anyone to see puppies before 8 weeks of age!
I do allow video chats/calls for you to see the pups!
Puppies will not go home prior to 8 weeks of age for any circumstances.
We do not let people see our puppies if a deposit has not been placed to reserve, in concern of people not seriously inquiring about a quality companion. You will be asked about exposure, if you have been to any recent veterinary clinics or around any other potentially unvaccinated dogs. Everything we do is in concern of protecting the health of our puppies, personal dogs, and safety of ourselves when letting strangers into our home.
I will privately send a location when a day and time are discussed or meet at a neutral location.

Western Wags Grooming and other Pet Services
Our grooming shop location is 3299 W Lingleville Suite 2 Stephenville, TX 76401.
If boarding, I will privately send you my address if you wish to either drop off or pick up at the place your pet will be staying. Otherwise, I do allow pets to be dropped off and picked up during my grooming hours at my shop in Stephenville.
